Senior Financial Analyst
Position Summary:

We're seeking a talented
Financial Analyst in Chapel Hill, NC to work alongside the CEO, CFO, senior leadership, and investors to evaluate, model, and make solid business recommendations on potential transactions, and support all efforts for adherence to best practices, policies, procedure and protocols.
Hours: Mon-Fri - 8 hour dayshift
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Driving the financial acquisition process, including industry research, data collection and analysis, modeling, valuation, due diligence and management of third-party due diligence providers.
- Creating financial statements and reporting mechanisms that track acquisitions, earn outs, and other deal requirements post transaction.
- Working simultaneously on multiple financial project with members for the Company, private equity, and the Eventus WholeHealth Board of Directors.
- Creating top quality, easy to understand business presentations
- Providing back-up support to other financial functions in the department.
- Supporting the CEO and CFO with various ad-hoc projects and analyses.
- Assisting in evaluating new business opportunities.
- Abiding by all regulatory guidance and internal policies and procedures.
- Documenting policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in financial analysis preferably in healthcare
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills
- Ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Intermediate knowledge of major accounting software packages for general ledger
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
