Role Purpose:
The role incumbent is focused on implementation of roadmaps forbusiness process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, businessrequirements & functional definitions, best practices application,meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. Consultantsare expected to contribute to solution building for the client &practice. The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity, compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in clientinteractions.
Job Description:
- 12+ years experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities.
- Professional experience leading and managing IT based projects
- Demonstrate ability to evaluate and translate customer`s business goals, objectives, and strategies into technical plans and solutions
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical project managers or customers.
Project Management:
- Conducts sprint planning and facilitates daily standup meetings
- Analyzes business requirements and develops requirements documentation
- Leads or collaborates in solution and architecture design
- Manages source code repositories
- Manages project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Practice Development:
- Work closely with GIS practice to develop account strategy and pipeline growth
- Participate in solution presentation, demonstration to various customer across USA.
- Interview, hire and train new GIS resources as per requirement
- Regularly review productivity and performances of resources working in USA projects
- Participate in Esri conference to represent Wipro
