Responsibilities

Humana's Primary Care Organization (PCO) is looking for a Senior Digital Marketer that has experience in website content management and strategy to join the PCO Marketing team working remote anywhere in the US. The Primary Care Organization is committed to providing personalized, high-quality senior care and is seeking driven team members who want to be part of the effort. It's taking place at Conviva Care Centers and CenterWell Senior Primary Care facilities, members of PCO, where clinicians address multiple practice patterns and enhanced clinical protocols to drive senior patient care, wellbeing, and longevity


As the Senior Digital Marketer, you will manage the creation of website content, publishing, and content deployment, on both our websites, Centerwellprimarycare.com and convivacarecenters.com.


Key Role Functions

  • Edit website content for accuracy and consistency, while working with various internal and external departments to update and add new content

  • Utilize content management system, Adobe Experience Manager, to make website edits, drag and drop style build landing pages and make other timely changes to both of our websites

  • Enhance web pages with the addition of photos, graphics, and videos

  • Assist with the content and layout of new pages for the websites

  • Edit photos as needed for web use; utilize digital asset management platform to appropriate tag and use digital assets

  • QA website content consistently

  • Work to coordinate on projects for new centers that require multiple location pages created and landing pages

  • Collaborate with various digital teams on website content placement

  • Support web tech tasks such as domain transfers and redirects, site decommissions, and directory updates

The ideal candidate will have experience updating, editing and maintaining website content in a CMS as well as an understanding and ability to do cross-browser testing on all website updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience; preferably in website content management or page publishing

  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office + general knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media channels

  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach

  • Ability to manage and supervise and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with content management systems, specifically Adobe Experience Manager

  • Video and photo editing is a plus, but not required

  • Healthcare marketing experience

All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.


Connectivity – Requirement Details

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.

  • Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.

  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)

  • Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
