Our Organisational Change Management team sits within the Transformation Management arm of Cognizant Consulting (CC). We work with our technical solution teams and our Account teams across all industry sectors. As a transformation or change consultant in one of Cognizant's most strategic, important, and fastest-growing teams, the successful candidate will be able to integrate well and develop their abilities within a globally located, matrixed organisation, working collaboratively in agile environments with subject matter experts and technologists.

Your Key Result Areas

• Work with the Cognizant project teams and clients to deliver successful change consulting engagements
• Deliver effective change management activities, ensuring the quality of deliverables and timely completion / sign-off of change management deliverables in line with the client expectations
• Represent OCM in shaping and structuring client proposals from both a Commercial and Delivery viewpoint
• Highlight new business opportunities within Cognizant clients and work with our sales and account teams to identify and develop suitable opportunities where OCM can add value and differentiate the Cognizant proposed solution
• Engage proactively with internal business improvement initiatives
• Support the ongoing development and improvement of our change frameworks, propositions, approach and supporting tools
• Contribute to thought leadership and innovative approaches to solving client challenges

Your Qualification

• At least 3 years relevant post graduate experience
• Demonstrable understanding of change management approaches and frameworks
• Experience of one or more areas of Change Management in complex, global organisations across industries, such as stakeholder management, communications and engagement, training, benefits realisation, change impact assessment
• Ability to build relationships with related functions, gaining trust and support, encouraging collaboration and being a team player
• Consulting experience from a renowned company preferred
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to synthesise, analyse ambiguous information, and present effectively
