AM is looking for Semiconductor Cleanroom Protocol Managers to join our team in Santa Clara, CA! You will be expected to coach, monitor and enforce clean room protocol procedures within the clean space. Work successfully with fellow employees & contractors. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Explain procedures and expectations clearly to clean room personnel. Perform duties to maintain a particle/impact free environment. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Takes initiative as an individual and team member. Need to understand emergency instructions and communicate basic safety terminology in English. The ability to understand one’s own physical limitations to the extent necessary to perform the necessary functions of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stop at risk behavior of others and self
• Monitor clean room protocol requirements within the clean space
• Perform regular inspections of construction/vendor areas to ensure compliance
• Monitor and coach contractors for appropriate behavior within the clean space
• Keep regular notes and violation logs for record keeping purposes
• Develop professional working relationships with field personnel in order to more effectively gain compliance
• Communicate with co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Assist in removal of abandoned construction materials as directed
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Provide direction to Protocol Auditors 1 and 2 and is expected to lead by example
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction; understand critical nature of all clean spaces
• Attend construction coordination meetings when required
• Coordinate activities with possible impact to schedules/production
• Meet on a needed basis with customer for expectation alignment
• Escalate issues to Manager or customer when required

Education:
Prefer Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience. Completed all safety and task training certifications. Minimum of 2 years experience in high tech/clean room protocol required. Construction or other related experience may substitute for clean room experience.

There is no per diem offered for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
