Trident Fire & Security is seeking a Senior Service Technician who wants to be part of a growing company where they can advance their knowledge of access control systems, CCTC, and intrusion alarm systems while providing top tier customer service to a base of 2,800 customers and growing.

Trident is a family-owned and operated company that is making strides in the industry. The main service area for Trident is Longmont, but you will also be servicing customers in Denver and throughout Northern Colorado.

The Systems We Work On (Paid Training and Shadowing Provided, but Experience a Plus):

• Vista/Honeywell
• Qolsys
• Alarm.com
• ICT
• Linear
• HikVision
• OpenEye

The Ideal Candidate will have/be:

• 2-3 years of industry experience as a service technician.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills related to both residential and commercial clients.
• Troubleshooting skills and willingness to ask questions.
• A willingness to learn.
• Communication skills including text, phone and email.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Detail-oriented and results driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
