Vacation rental company on Kiawah/Seabook looking to fill several part-time seasonal property inspector positions. This is primarily a Saturday position but other days may be available for anyone interested. Previous experience in housekeeping and hospitality industry a plus but not required. Must have a sharp eye for detail and be able to work independently. The property inspector is responsible for overseeing and preparing our vacation rental properties for guest occupancy. This is a physical position and requires walking, bending, stooping, lifting up to 30 lbs, climbing stairs, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. The property inspector is responsible for identifying maintenance issues found during inspection and noting/correcting minor housekeeping issues or reporting to supervisor for corrective action. Training is provided. We have positions on both Kiawah and Seabrook Island. Reliable transportation a must.
