Newly re-branded as a member of the OPAL Collection, the Wentworth by the Sea Resort and Spa continues the tradition today as a serene space for weekend getaways, corporate events and celebrations of all kinds.

Wentworth by the Sea Resort and Spa is looking for professional individuals with leadership experience to join our Food and Beverage Team as Seasonal Restaurant Managers.

Our Seasonal Restaurant Managers are a member of the Food and Beverage Leadership team, and participate in the day-to-day operations of our year-round Salt Kitchen and Bar and our seasonal Latitudes Waterfront Restaurant.

Daily activities of Our Seasonal Restaurant Managers include tasks such as organizing and leading the team, maintaining a visible presence in the restaurant and checking in regularly with guests; responding to guest requests and issues in a timely manner; maintaining processes to control cost and build revenue; training and coaching the team, etc.

A successful Seasonal Restaurant Manager will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a food and beverage department; the ability to establish a good working relationship with associates and fellow managers while acting in a supervisory role; the ability to communicate effectively; excellent computer skills; experience with point-of-sale systems; the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; the ability to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time and the ability to life/move up to 30 lbs.

As a representative of the hotel, the right candidate for Restaurant Manager must have a passion for promoting an enjoyable experience to exceed our guests expectations and must be dynamic, friendly, helpful, team-oriented, professional at all times and must be able to multi-task and handle busy situations with grace.
