Link Solutions, Inc. is looking for a SCIF Manager (Information Security Specialist) to join our team in Aberdeen, MD.

The SCIF Manager is required to have skills and knowledge to conduct the day-to-day scheduling and management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) to support Project Manager Intelligence Systems and Analytics (PM IS&A).

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifies information requiring protection, such as documents, materials, and devices, and designates the level of protection based on prescribed. parameters, well-defined procedures, as well as internal and external policies.
• Assists in designing and conducting information security inspections and surveys in support of efforts to assess the security of the organization's classified national security information procedures and implementing policies.
• Identifies and performs preliminary inquiries of incidents involving the mishandling of classified information.
• Assists with the classification and declassification of materials and information.
• Manages the day-to-day scheduling, opening, closing, and other required actions for the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).
• Provides indoctrinations and debriefings when applicable.
• Manage Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) for large PMO.
• Responsible for ensuring all SCIF equipment and networks remain operational.
• Maintains entry control, verifies clearances via DISS, creates badges, processes incoming and outgoing visit requests, and manages personnel security actions.
• Safeguards all classified material as well as packages and ships classified material.

• US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government/DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Cyber Security, Computer Networking, IT preferred, or three years of experience (education, and/or training in Industrial and Information Security).

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

• TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Direct experience managing a SCIF.
• Experience providing risk-managed security recommendations to program managers, in support of secure and successful mission accomplishment.
• Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
