Exciting opportunity to join our Behavioral Health team as a licensed school-based counselor.

We are looking for licensed school-based counselors to join our team to service students and families in Inman, Spartanburg, Gaffney, and Union. Come grow with us!

Excellent salary up to $55,000 with excellent full-time benefits. Sign on bonus and quarterly incentive.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will work within the established organizational baseline of integrated primary health and behavioral health capability.
  • You will provide assessment of students and families needs, counseling, and access to needed and appropriate services including treatment, rehabilitation and service linkage, case monitoring and client advocacy functions.
  • You will review individual service plans, follow up and intervene as required.
  • You will consult with representatives of other agencies or programs to coordinate client treatment services and case management services.

Requirements:

  • Current South Carolina license as LISW-CP, LMSW, LMFT, or LPC.
  • Currently accepting LMFT associates and LPC associates.
  • Must have experience with providing clinical services to children and families.
  • Must be familiar with evidence-based treatment modalities and crisis management.
  • Must be knowledgeable of mental health practices and integrated care.
  • Must evidence ability to foster a collaborative team environment and embrace cultural diversity.
  • Be operationally proficient with technological aspects of medicine, electronic medical records, MS Office applications, and language translation assisted devises.
  • Experienced in working independently and as part of a health care team.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
