The Goddard School is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Teacher for their School-Aged Summer Camp program. We are looking for a fun, energetic, experienced Assistant Teacher.

Daily Responsibilities

• Meeting the individual's needs of the children
• Effectively and professionally communicating to parents and fellow staff members
• Participating in staff meetings and training events
• Lead and set tone for a developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning
• Presenting age appropriate expectations
• Building teamwork

Most importantly, teachers create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning!

Minimum Assistant Teacher Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• Strong written and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
