Job description

• Coordinate desktop security updates to ensure compliance while minimizing operational risk and impact
• Provide input into strategic direction and provide technical leadership within the App Delivery team
• Own and implement process and technical improvements including process documentation and compliance improvements
• Create partnerships with Information Security and LOB associates to understand the desktop requirements and challenges
• Engage Application Owners/Developers/Vendors as needed to develop appropriate technical solutions
• Create application packages in MSI and/or Virtual format
• Maintain windows updates using Configuration Manager 2012
• Create deployment plans that mitigate risk, minimize conflict, and maximize level of effort
• Create partnerships with support teams ensuring they’re aware of desktop changes and have an opportunity to provide feedback
• Remediate issues discovered during testing or deployment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to work independently or in small groups, in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative to succeed, ability to maintain focus and productivity in times of change.
• Passionate with technology in business
• Prior experience in a financial field company

Education & Experience Requirements:

• University or College Diploma in Technology/Computer Science or related field
• Experience with ITIL methodology
• Other IT-related certifications are a plus; but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
