Position Summary:

The Dental Laboratory Sales Specialist is a position designed to increase sales of laboratory materials in the territory. They will represent Kuraray Noritake to dental laboratory as well as schools and government institutions when the opportunity presents itself. They will develop a monthly action plan fill in an activity report describing visits and results to order to quantify and evaluate success and areas of development.

This position will require a minimum of 50% outside travel in a large territory.


Responsibilities
:

  • Interface with laboratories to promote our products, either through lead follow up, direct contact or through dealer rep connection.
  • Handle technical issues and log their resolution into Salesforce case files.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by trouble shooting and resolving product concerns.
  • Collaborate with corresponding chairside rep in promoting programs and products to laboratories in common territory.
  • Territory planning and reporting.
  • Attend local, dealer, and national trade shows.
  • Present our products to end users to promote their purchase through our dealer and/or through our direct selling store.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.A. in Communications, Marketing, Business, or relevant degree
  • Dental laboratory bench experience.
  • Basic understanding of digital laboratory workflow and processing.
  • One to two years' experience in working with dental zirconia and/ or porcelains.
  • Ability to walk through production workflow and help troubleshoot problem areas in the handling of our materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dental Lab and CAD CAM knowledge
  • Two years' sales experience in dental laboratory industry
  • Basic understanding of dental technology and Zirconia discs at dental labs
