Our client is a fast-growing medical devices company specialising in a variety of products and technologies that improve people's lives all over the world. As a key element of the commercial strategy of the Bavaria & Austria region, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting an energetic and experienced Sales Representative who will contribute to the company's sales goal.

As a Sales Manager, you should use your creativity and in-depth knowledge of sales processes to develop innovative strategies for business growth. The ideal candidates should be dynamic and well organised by nature and combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

The ideal candidate should have either nutrition education or at least 1 year of sales experience in pharma.

The candidate for this role should be based in Bayern.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Sales and compliance leadership and management over assigned territory and sales professionals
• Collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership in the creation and implementation of a region-specific sales strategy
• Leading, training and mentoring the sales team; building their expertise in the sales process and customer service skills
• Driving and implementing the sales plan ensuring a strong market presence and identify opportunities for sales growth for the sales team
• Natural ability to leverage key stakeholder relationships to gain access to decision-makers
• Ability to manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve and increase the scope of the product offering they are utilising

Key Skills and experience required:

• At least 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of sales experience within the Pharma industry
• Ideally with education within the nutrition sciences
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge in Nutritional science, Diet science, bariatric or ideally Oecotrophologie (Ökotrophologie )
• Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and persuasiveness will be vital to success in the position

• The major cities in Bavaria are Munich (München), Nuremberg (Nürnberg), Augsburg, Regensburg, Würzburg, Ingolstadt, Fürth, and Erlangen.

• The major cities in Austria are Vienna , Graz , Styria, Linz ,Salzburg , Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Villach, Dornbirn.
