Are you looking to put your sales talents to use? Williamson Employment Services is looking for a sales representative! The sales representative is responsible for helping grow our client base by marketing to potential clients via inside and outside sales techniques.The sales representative will perform prospecting, meet with decision makers, provide sales presentations, new account development, and will actively participate in monthly job fairs and join local networking organizations.
The ideal candidate will be goal driven, self confident, have a competitive nature, optimism, exceptional communication skills, great time management, problem- solving skills, attention to detail, and be a team player.
Must be flexible to work adjusted schedule when networking events are before or after the traditional work day.
Comfortable with cold-calling
Familiarity with social media
Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience
Previous experience in networking groups
A college degree is preferred
Salary plus bonus; salary is depending on experience.
