Your Role:


As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the current and future success of Mayesh. With active account management of assigned accounts and by providing exemplary customer service, sales reps are responsible for driving sales at their assigned branch/location. Sales reps maintain knowledge and expertise to ensure Mayesh customer satisfaction. Sales reps will also assist in managing the quality of products and services while assisting the warehouse team in pulling and processing gorgeous, fragrant fresh flowers that meet the standards that Mayesh customers have come to expect. You must possess a positive attitude and an ability to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and friendly manner.


Expectations:


  • Increase sales through the development and maintenance of a customer database; develop and execute plans for new and existing accounts.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities such as participating in sales events, lead generation, sourcing and developing client referrals.
  • Develop, submit and follow-up on sales proposals; communicate needs to buyer when finalized.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and market sales programs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships; develop solutions to resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise of products, market conditions and competitor insights.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience. Floral experience a plus!!!
  • Experience with various computer systems including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to frequently lift, move and shift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work in large, walk-in refrigerators.
  • Ability to stand, crouch, kneel, walk and sit for the duration of your shift (less applicable break periods).
  • Adhere to the Mayesh “Code of Honor”.
