In line with the corporate budget guidelines the sales managers´ goal is to increase passenger and revenue numbers, win new customers and partners, support the touristic sales partners in their respective region, increase the penetration rate of travel agencies as well as search for alternative sales channels.

  • Touristic apprenticeship or several years of professional experience in the sales department of a touristic company;
  • Preferably experiences in field sales;
  • Knowledge of the most important travel networks and cooperation;
  • Knowledge of the German cruise market;
  • Excellent German and English;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel;
  • Representative appearance and confident attitude;
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting;
  • Affinity for numbers;
  • Readiness to travel;
  • Increases and pushes sales in the respective region;
  • Wins new partners and increases the number of active agencies;
  • Develops and expands existing sales partners;
  • Increases group business;
  • Conducts product- and sales trainings;
  • Participates in trade fairs;
  • Plans and manages regional sales- and marketing measures;
  • Accompanies and organizes fam trips with sales partners;
