Reporting into the Head of Sales you will manage contracts assigned/agreed customer accounts or prospects to sell company products. You will focus on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems within our very successful Marine division.
If you are naturally sales hungry and have a background in sales and possess excellent interpersonal skills and thrive on driving customer commitment and revenue growth, then you should apply for this role.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Acquiring new customers and looking after existing customers (key customers) regarding all the safety and firefighting systems, products and services offered by Survitec
- Development, negotiation, and conclusion of framework agreements in the safety service and rental equipment area with key customers in the maritime industry, who make a significant contribution to the company's success
- Configuration of product and service solutions and associated contractual terms that meet customer requirements
- Presentation of product and service solutions to customer representatives
- Conducting sales meetings/discussions and contract negotiations
- Develops a personal network within the business sector and represents Survitec with customers and at business sector events. Obtains market intelligence and enhances the visibility and reputation of Survitec, its products, services, and ability to provide holistic safety solutions
- Development of sales plans for sales retention, sales growth, and new business for a personal customer portfolio
- To meet personal sales targets / budgets and overall organic business growth ambition
- Establishing and leading internal account teams for each client and ensuring good and effective collaboration and for building and maintaining strong client loyalty and relationship
- Collection and management of customer information from research and direct customer contact in the customer relationship management system (Salesforce)

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria
- 5+ Years Sales Experience
- Educated to University Degree Level
- You must be a self-driven professional
- Technical and Commercial capabilities
- Experienced in Salesforce or other CRM is desirable
