Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Proactively sell meeting and banquet space through responding to client inquiries, sales calls (outside and phone calls), and proper follow up.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts.
- Prepare banquet event orders and group resumes to ensure that group needs are effectively communicated to other hotel departments.
- Responsible for sales strategy for the assigned market, completing action plans each quarter Professional & effective proposals, bids & personal presentation skills.
- Ability to generate top line revenue to exceed budget expectations.
- Creative, enthusiastic, well-organized, goal-oriented.
- Work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Attend all weekly and monthly meetings, BEO, Resume, Sales meetings assist Director of Sales with special projects as needed perform all other duties / tasks assigned by the supervisor / manager
