About the Role: We are looking for a Sales Operations – Sales Education Process Specialist to join our team in the Medical Products Division.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States, (ideally the candidate will be located in Flagstaff or Phoenix, Arizona).*
- Analyze existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Utilize partnerships with team members, observations of existing processes and procedures to implement efficient and effective processes
- Create strong cross-functional collaborations to ensure process alignment with quality system and process discipline
- Influence and facilitate change that establishes best practices, which are scalable and sustainable
- Demonstrate strong support for the Gore Culture and Sales Education team values
- Maintain compliance with quality system requirements and training expectations as required for this position
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience with medical and/or technical writing, editing, or records management
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented while being flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and improve process
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize multiple workflows, meet deadlines and lead to consensus
- Ability to travel up to 10%, when applicable (expectation of travel may increase if candidate resides outside Flagstaff or Phoenix, Arizona area)
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working with change control process and training records management process
- Experience with eLearn or LMS, Agile or PLM, SharePoint or content management system
- Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. Locations not eligible for new remote work arrangements include: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
