Growth Job Description

To grow her/his own skills and develop into a supportive leader within the team, while serving within the framework of our culture, mission and vision at Home Inspection Collective.

Primary Objective

The main goal is to drive business forward by increasing marketshare. You are expected to help build strong brand awareness by creating and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals in Charlotte, and Western North Carolina.

Regular Work Activities

Develop and maintain a CRM.

Maintaining and work within a Growth Budget.

Track real estate closings, new construction homes and marketshare.

New Agent Onboarding.

Develop and implement marketing strategies for both growth and agent retention.

Field incoming calls, and processing orders.

Develop and write a growth training manual.

Growth Activities

Educate agents on WHY we do what we do, not just what we do.

Promote HIC through cold calling, 1 on 1 meetings, networking, office visits/ presentations, sponsored and co-sponsored events.

Responsible for managing, engagement, and increasing brand awareness though all social media platforms.

Develop new relationships with realtors, friends, and other affiliates/vendors related to the real estate industry.

Promote New Services.

Ask current agents/clients for referrals.

Establish a presence with local Realtor Associations by attending affiliate meetings, serve on committees, and attend events.

Agent Retention Activities

Follow up calls.

Networking, office visits/ presentations, sponsored and co-sponsored events.

Promote New Services.

Develop and maintain a drip campaign.

Note any agents who drop off. (i.e go from using us regularly, to not using us) Follow up.
Find out why, and how to earn back their business.

Responsible for managing, engagement, and increasing brand awareness though all social media platforms.

Work with inside sales staff on a list of agent’s birthdays, marriages, children, life events, reasons to celebrate. Celebrate with phone calls/texts/cards

Have a presence with local Realtor Associations by attending affiliate meetings, serve on committees, and attend events.

General & Other Responsibilities
Maintain logs of ALL activities
Maintain calendar and schedule of planned activities
Maintain logs of wins, losses
Keep track of all expenses
Maintain expenses within the agreed-upon budgets.
Promote and recruit other home inspectors, B2B.

Job Requirements

Experience, Training, and Education

  • High School Graduate
  • Outside Sales Experience a plus
  • Real Estate Industry Experience a Plus

Performance Measures
We operate at a high level of performance, execution, gaining results, and accountability. As a team member of you will have;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
