Legacy Housing Corporation (NASDAQ: LEGH) seeks a motivated and self-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead a team of B2B Account Managers and grow our business in the southeast. This is an exciting opportunity with a competitive base salary of $100k/annually, a commission override on sales, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and comprehensive health and welfare benefits. The position is responsible for overseeing all B2B sales operations in the southeastern US. We expect the Sales & Business Development Manager to:

• establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
• present, promote, and sell our products to existing and prospective customers;
• coordinate sales effort(s) with other departments;
• provide quotations and process incoming orders in accordance with Company guidelines;
• achieve sales targets and positive outcomes by effectively managing and leading a team of qualified Account Managers;
• analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and prepare sales-related reports;
• support trade shows, conferences, and industry events; and,
• facilitate the resolution of issues in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction and overall experience.

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and big-ticket sales experience. Management experience is a plus. The position is located at our office in Norcross, GA and requires the ability to travel some of the time.
