Polydrops is building the future of RVs, by creating mobile rooms that are able to be towed behind electric vehicles and run with sustainable energy. We are focusing on the efficiency of energy to create phenomenal outdoor living experiences like never before.

Who we are looking for

Polydrops is looking for qualified assemblers with a broad range of skills and material knowledge to join our growing team of production professionals. This position will require you to operate a CNC router and assemble furniture, and insulations, amongst other smaller installations on the exterior and interior of our futuristic teardrop trailer.

The ideal candidate thrives in a creative and fast paced environment, as well as a deep passion and understanding of camping with electric vehicles.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bonus if your experience has been in the Rhinoceros, Fusion 360 program and CNC router operation
• Willingness to train and learn
• Experience in AC and DC electrical systems for automotive or other vehicles
• Experience in renovations and plumbing, particularly RVs/trailers is a plus
• High School graduate (or GED) required, with some college coursework preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills, team player
• Self-starter, taking initiative
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, quickly, and efficiently
• Proven ability to manage time and work at a fast pace
• Attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills are desired
• Strong knowledge of quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment
• Required to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive measurable results and influence others towards business objectives, regardless of reporting structure
