TITLE: RPA Developer
Location: Remote first - Richardson, TX
Compensation Range : $45 - 56/hour
ICS, a Korn Ferry company, is seeking an RPA Developer to join a team at a real estate client. This person will be a key player in the successful development and deployment of RPA within the company. The RPA Developer will meet with stakeholders to understand the business needs, identify processes that can be automated, and design, develop, and support automated solutions.

ICS, a Korn Ferry company, is seeking an RPA Developer to join a team at a real estate client. This person will be a key player in the successful development and deployment of RPA within the company. The RPA Developer will meet with stakeholders to understand the business needs, identify processes that can be automated, and design, develop, and support automated solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Define requirements for RPA solutions and work with manager to develop initial architecture RPA solutions. Define and compare As-Is state against the RPA solution.
- Support Failure Analysis (FA) efforts and implement any fixes that are required.
- Contribute to onboarding processes for Qualification of Production releases, process production scheduling, and the deployment and management of processes.
- Define, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the Development team that occur in production.
- Occasional weekends and nights are required to support production systems and the development team.
- 2+ years of professional experience with an OOP (Python preferred).
- Working knowledge of SQL/SQL databases.
- Experience with gathering requirements and contributing to technical specification documents.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. - professional or personal UiPath experience is a plus.
