Now Hiring: (RN) Registered Nurse
Responsibilities (RN) Registered Nurse:
- Works in partnership with leaders to create, support, and maintain a culture of professional accountability
- Supervises nursing care provided by Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and others.
- Reviews and implements all nursing procedures and systems.
- Assesses and evaluates the systems which facilitate the delivery of quality guest care and performance of staff.
- Uses a systematic approach in the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care.
- Contributes to the guest assessments (MDS/CAA’s) and the development and implementation of a plan of care.
- Evaluates guests’ responses to nursing interventions.
- Understands the rational for the use of medications and treatments and correctly administers as needed.
- Assist the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nurses to plan, organize, develop, and direct the operation of the facility in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and Local standards, guidelines and Complete Care policies and procedures.
Qualifications (RN) Registered Nurse:
- RN License in NJ
- Positive and energetic individual with creativity
- Ability to work independently or part of a group.
- Talent to lead others in professional environment

Pay: $42.00 - $49.50 per hour
