Title: RN - Progressive Care Unit
Location: Detroit, MI
Shift: ** NIGHT SHIFT ONLY **- 36hr/ week -
* No block scheduling accommodated *
Cardiac Progressive Tele Unit - candidate must be able to manage progressive drips as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, etc.
Required: Minimum 3 years' experience in a Hospital step down/ICU setting
Required: BLS and ACLS certifications
May be asked to float to other tele units or any medical/surgical units - candidate must be comfortable.
Anticipated Patient Ratio 1:4
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
