We are seeking a Register Nurse and a Licensed Vocational Nurse available ideally from 20 to 40 hours per week, maybe full time depending on qualifications to join our team! You will be responsible, for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients in an in-home care set-up and signing up new clients referred to our agency.

Responsibilities:

• Providing visits to in-home care patients
• Providing assessments and re-assessments to our clients
• Signing up new clients
• Care for ill, injured, or convalescing clients
• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Participate and help with our bi weekly in-house trainings for our caregivers and CNA’s
• Collaborate under supervision of a Nurse or Doctor to provide in-home care
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments and sometimes accompany them to Dr appointments
• We have launched an AI system, offering 24/7 virtual care, you will be responsible keeping the families appraised of our findings.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing facilities or home health a plus.
• Experience and expertise in sales, ideally within the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Empathy and understanding for the aging population and their families, and a passion for improving their quality of life.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and establish long-term relationships with both clients and referral sources.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize activities in order to maximize effectiveness.
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate.

• Driver's License
• Auto Insurance
• Active CPR or BLS Certification
• Health Certification or Recent Physical Examination/Fit to Work note
• Valid (1 year) TB/PPD Test or Valid (3 years) Chest Xray
• Covid Vaccine record ***including booster
• California Issued LVN License (Required)
