We're hiring a Director of Patient Care Services / DPCS to join our leadership team in Cheyenne, WY.
OVERVIEW
Provide overall planning, direction, coordination, management, and supervision of all nursing and professional services in conjunction with the Executive Director (ED). Maintains highest level of quality care in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations and accrediting body standards. Serves as an expert resource for the agency, providing leadership and guidance to the Clinical Manager(s) overseeing the multidisciplinary teams providing direct patient care. Provides the leadership to develop, direct, and implement performance improvement initiatives consisting of
organization and business process design, information systems, intake, scheduling, clinical services, marketing, public relations, and finance.

- WY: A registered nurse and who has at least one (1) year home health experience.
- Registered Nurse / RN, Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Three (3) years nursing experience. Experience in community health, home health, or hospice services in the past five (5) years preferred
- At least one (1) year supervisory and administrative experience.
- Current license from the state Board of Registered Nursing.
- Current CPR
- Must have proof of up to date COVID vaccine, or submit an exemption request to be reviewed/approved prior to hire
- $90,000 DOE
