Summary:

Performs tasks associated with multitasking a R.F. line with an extensive size panel. Complies with all company safety rules and regulations. Demonstrates the ability to be a part of the production team y communication and working within the parameters of the production department under the direction of the production supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Grade each piece coming out of R.F. line.
• Make sure proper grade is in lay-up form.
• Mark each piece correctly
• Be able to read and understand tickets and beam lay-ups.
• Handle long lengths of lumber.
• Be able to operate a crane.
• Be able to operate a full line of machinery.
• Alert at all times.
• Know and utilize all lock-out / Tag-out procedures associated with your duties.
• Report any potential machinery defects immediately.
• Report any potential safety risks immediately.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Down time is clean up and minor maintenance time.

Qualifications:

• Must understand the R.F line or be able to train.
• Must understand Grades and Beam Lay-ups.
• Must Understand how to read calipers, tapes and moisture meter, and mixing glue ratios.
• Communicate with co- workers and supervisor.
• Work with and promote a teamwork environment.
• Works with limited supervision.
• Promote and support a strong safety culture.
• Must be willing to fill in on off shift and overtime when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.82 - $23.82 per hour

Experience:

• Computer networking: 1 year (Preferred)
