We need a dynamic, experienced, Retail Store Manager to work in our newest store at the Nampa location to help drive sales and profit. What you will do and things you will be responsible for:

• Directing daily store operations through merchandising, inventory control, and cleanliness standards
• Coaching and train sales associates through metrics and games
• Hiring and developing team members
• Provide amazing customer service
• Teach team member how to improve personal sales metrics
• Become forklift certified and load customer's orders
• Maintain store culture and uplifting environment

Required minimum qualifications:

• Able to work Saturdays and Holidays
• 18 or older
• Have a valid Idaho Driver's License
• Clear pre-employment drug screen and background/MVR check.
• Have 2 years experience in retail management or equivalent

  • Management: 2 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full-time work hours (40+)
