● Experience working within wellness, retail, fitness or hospitality

● Brings creative ideas + solutions to the table and knows how to "make things happen"

● Strong communications - leading memberships, retail, and Studio events

● Strong organizational skills - attention to detail

● MindBody or booking software experience

Job Responsibilities Include:

SALES is the main skill for this position.

● Provide top-notch client service while greeting clients and booking/facilitating their sessions using MindBody software

● Thoughtfully and enthusiastically inform clients about the benefits of infrared sauna and float therapies, as well as handle customer questions, conversations and interactions

● Inform clients about our packages, memberships, promotions and merchandise

● Manage the Infrared Sauna and Float equipment, before and after sessions.

● Daily operations, including keeping the studio meticulously clean within a stylish environment

● Manage administrative needs, client forms + updates

● As a team player, we want to hear your ideas across our wellness, social media, and marketing programs!

Compensation:

● Pay is commensurate with experience, and we believe in rewarding good work and nurturing growth

● Monthly Sales Commissions + Bonus

● Free Sauna + Float services and wholesale retail to grow your wellness practice

● Access to Nashville's health and wellness network
