Retail Sales Associate - (Bilingual English Spanish) Part-Time

Miami Paris is a women's clothing and accessory store. We offer misses and plus size clothing, shoes and fashion accessories. We've been in business since 2011 and looking to expand our team.

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will directly assist customers, process transactions, help merchandise the sales floor, and play a vital role in making our retail experience positive, professional and welcoming. High level customer service skills are a must, the ability to work a flexible work schedule and learn products quickly.

Retail Sales Associate Job Duties and Responsibilities (Bilingual English Spanish):

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store
• Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers
• Provide product information, answer customer questions and concerns
• Strong organization, time management and communication skills
• Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons
• Promote current sales, promotions, discounts, deals, events, etc.
• Explain store-member benefits and encourage customers to sign-up
• Process purchases, returns, credits and exchanges
• Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
• Help organize backstock and perform inventory counts
• Process newly received shipments and ship online and in-store orders
• Update online inventory and product information
• Organize and replenish front stock and help merchandise store
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area and retail space
• Take direction from and report to assigned manager
• Work as a team to achieve sales and company goals
• Other duties as assigned

Retail Sales Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Bilingual English Spanish
• At least 2 years of retail sales experience required
• Moderate computer skills required
• Familiarity using Point of Sale (POS) systems and labeling systems
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Personable, positive, and approachable
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Can lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexibility to work various hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Regular Position Hours: Please note we are seeking a prompt and reliable person who is flexible to work a varying schedule.

Mall Store Hours:

Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 9:00pm

Sunday 11:00am - 6:00pm

Hours will vary based off schedule needs.
