The successful candidate will be paid hourly with commissions plus a bonus. There is opportunity for advancement. We are looking to hire a part time employee who is looking for around 20 to 30 hours per week and is available to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and support the high-quality Red Wing brand image.
• Enter customer information and sales into POS, process payments.
• Measure and fit every customer properly.
• Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications.
• Suggest appropriate accessories with every footwear purchase.
• Take pride and responsibility for overall store and personal appearance.
• Enthusiasm to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Assists in the completion of daily projects while keeping the focus on customer experience.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year Minimum of retail experience or customer service desired.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to perform additional duties as required.
• Basic Math and Computer Skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail or Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Driver's License (Required)
