Spa, Hearth & Home is seeking a motivated Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team! Spa, Hearth & Home is a family-owned and operated luxury outdoor store with over 20 years of operation under our belt. We specialize in patio furniture, hot tubs, swim spas, above-ground pools, fireplaces, service, and supplies. As an essential part of our retail team, you will help our retail store customers find the best products to meet their needs.

This part-time position allows you to work one or two days over the weekend. Perfect for those wanting to pick up extra work, those who are retired from full-time work, or students looking for a weekend-only job.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth product knowledge of our lineup of pool and spa chemicals, parts, and accessories
• Perform water tests for our pool and spa customers and aid them in caring for their water chemistry.
• Help customers check out at the register, handle cash and credit payments, process returns, etc.
• Answer customer questions and concerns in person and over the phone
• Assist sales staff as needed
• Keep store organized and tidy at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience is required.
• Previous experience working in a pool/spa products retail store is preferred but not required.
• Extremely personable, positive attitude, and approachable
