Our multi-specialty dental practice is currently searching for a professional, compassionate and eager individual to fill the position of Practice General Manager. The Practice General Manager will maintain and manage all aspects of a multi-disciplinary (General, Ortho, Pediatric, Oral Surgery) dental practice, while acting as a liaison between doctors, employees, and patients in a clinical and business setting.
Practice General Managers have significant responsibility. They are ultimately responsible for monitoring and managing the patient scheduling process to ensure optimal efficiency in clinic operations while maintaining the Bear Creek standards of patient care and customer service. They are responsible for facilitating and expediting practice flow.
Dental Management Experience is not required! We train you!!
We provide all the hands on training you need. Coaching and specialized knowledge in the industry is provided. Successful candidates will go through an extensive training program that is taught in a multidisciplinary dental office where trainees receive hands-on training. This experience provides trainees with firsthand knowledge about what is entailed with managing a team of 15-25 in a healthcare delivery service office. After the successful completion of the training program, candidates will have full control of your earning potential. Motivated candidates have the potential to earn up to a six-figure salary!

- Base hourly pay + uncapped commission, bonuses, and OT pay

Some duties would include:
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Assists in employee performance evaluations, promotions, terminations, and retention activities.
- Plans and manages dental business operations to ensure excellent patient support services.
- Ensures that patient appointments, cancellations and last-minute adjustments are handled properly and with urgency.
- Prioritizes and responds effectively and urgently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries.
- Develops and ensures execution of external and internal promotional programs to maximize practice growth rates.
- Adheres to all HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulations.
