About us

We have openings in three of our restaurants located in Arlington VA and Woodbridge, VA. Our goal is to hire a proactive, professional Sports Bar GM who leads by example.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant and managing its staff. You should have knowledge of Craft beers, IPAs, etc. for the Alexandria restaurants. You should have a keen attention to detail with strong interpersonal and people skills, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. We are seeking an individual with previous experience in the restaurant industry, and we would prefer candidates with a background in managing either a single unit or multiple units.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with staff.
• Create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Have customer service skills that help in building profitable customer relationships.
• Demonstrate the ability to monitor food costs and keep them at a specified level.
• Be familiar with menu items and menu specials.
• Create a positive and welcoming dining environment for customers.
• Understand how to work in the restaurant business.
• Have knowledge of the local restaurant scene and how it impacts the business.
• Be able to train staff well.
• Be able to perform any tasks required in a restaurant kitchen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
