We are looking for a General Manager for our Huddle House Restaurant in Elk City who is passionate about food and about serving home-cooked meals to customers.

Restaurant General Manager responsibilities include:
- Educate, develop, and recruit all restaurant team members
- Understands labor costs; Schedules staff in line with customer counts
- Accurately prioritize job responsibilities so that the highest level of customer service is provided
- Able to direct the work of others and lead by example
- Knows metrics for restaurant, including sales, waste, etc
- Manages inventory levels appropriately through ordering and audits
- Knows food safety
- Continually follows up to ensure recipes are followed, staff is trained and food quality standards are met
