We are currently seeking a Resource Management Specialist to join our team in Herndon, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
The Resource Management Specialist will be responsible for business unit wide demand fulfillment and resource allocation across NTT DATA Federal Services. This includes managing internal resources at the end of their assignments (employees on the bench) and working closely with management, Talent Acquisition and other Global Resource Managers across the company to identify key staff, facilitate redeployment of resources, and increase employee mobility and growth opportunities.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is Min: $55,400 - Max: $115,600. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.

We are currently seeking a Resource Management Specialist to join our team in Herndon, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
The Resource Management Specialist will be responsible for business unit wide demand fulfillment and resource allocation across NTT DATA Federal Services. Responsibilities include:
- Proposes assignments for employees with current or near-term availability for projects that align with their skills, experience, and staffing preferences.
- Manages internal employees throughout the interview process, setting up technical and consultative screening interviews with staff. Negotiates offer, acceptance, and start date with candidates.
- Manages Bench (redeployment) activities and maintains detailed weekly reports for tracking employees' bench entitlements.
- Assists with Transfers of internal resources. Provides assistance to employees in support of NTT Data Federal projects and staff augmentation accounts.
- Partner with the Human Resources team and other key stakeholders to ensure processing of personnel actions for internal and bench employees.
- Reviews and approves requisitions (job descriptions) utilizing the applicant tracking system maintaining compliance with OFCCP/EEOC regulations.
- Coordinates with the personnel security staff for the internal employee's clearance process.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with managers, NTT DATA's Global Resource Management (GRM)Team, and Talent Acquisition to network on behalf of employees.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to identify internal resources for proposal efforts.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of resource management or talent acquisition/staffing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a recruiting environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience generating staffing reports utilizing MS Excel.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to work Eastern Standard hours between 9am-5pm

- Strong competency in attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility, initiative, and tact
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
