We are HIRING at Double Edge Equipment. We do Sales, Service and Rentals. We are a used equipment dealer that does it differently! Our primary focus is sales with a small rental fleet and fast growing service department because of our reputation for putting out quality equipment and putting our customers first. The demand keeps growing as they turn to us to help service and maintain their equipment.
The Rental Coordinator will be the first person customers meet and talk to on a regular basis. If you are motivated, enjoy working with people, have an attention to detail and can think on your feet in a fast paced environment we want to hear from you!
Typical day and Job duties would look like:
* Daily Opening the store for business prior to hours of operation
* Greet and Assist walk-in customers, Able to work with a wide range of personalities in a courteous and effective manner.
*Answering phone calls and helping customers find the equipment that best fits their job needs. Transferring calls to sales staff. Filling out rental contracts and service work orders.
* Taking payments and invoicing, Must be proficient on a computer using Excel and email communication. Accuracy and attention to detail is a must!
* Engaging with shop and sales staff on rental ready equipment and repair needs to ensure a happy customer experience.
*Scheduling rentals and dispatch trucking companies to deliver and pick up equipment.
* Maintain a clean and orderly showroom area
* Walk the yard daily ensure knowledge of inventory and availability for sales and rentals. Communicate with shop staff as to lead times on repairs .
The right candidate will be able to work alone, without supervision.
Will be honest and positive, with a can do attitude, passion to learn, attention to detail and a great work ethic!
Must be able to be professional at all times and keep a cool head even in adverse conditions or situations!!

Pay is Salary 1st and 15th-DOE, Plus Bonuses and includes 2 weeks Paid Vacation, Holiday/Sick Pay and many other Perks!

Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5. We try not to work overtime so you can still have a personal life.
