Commercial Real Estate Company in Central Florida is looking for an experienced Renovation Coordinator to oversee renovations of apartment properties, Office Buildings, and some Retail.
Person must possess the following skills:
*Excellent Communication & Computer Skills
*Extensive knowledge of building process for all major work scopes, exterior painting, wood repairs, stucco repairs, roofs, stairs, parking lots, etc.
*Some Travel is Required
