Remote Digital Appraiser Specialist!

PURPOSE OF JOB:
Build and maintain capacity of Digital Appraisers within a designated region through relationship management, performance evaluation and recruitment efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Tasks:
- Become intimately familiar with Class Valuation, Digital Appraisal product and other relevant technology and processes utilized in Innovation.
- Monitoring capacity and initiating efforts as needed within defined region.
- Ensure vendors are intimately familiar with processes and meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit the Digital Appraiser role.
- Coordinate and follow up on the onboarding of newly hired Appraisers end-to-end.
- Additional sourcing efforts to identify appraiser candidates within assigned region.
- Develop coverage area standards within the assigned region.
- Continued outreach and engagement with appraisers to keep them “in the know” of Digital Appraisal Practices.
- Determine allocation of projected volume amongst the Appraiser network, factoring in capacity and performance.
- Assignment of orders to Appraisers based on determined allocation.
- Conduct Appraiser follow up meetings after onboarding and first orders to review results, gather feedback, and communicate additional training needs to the Training Team.
- Evaluating performance of the Appraisers and provide coaching as necessary
- Other duties as assigned.
- Drive business growth through superior performance and the strengthening of fostered relationships.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree or minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or outside sales
- Valuations Industry knowledge preferred but not required
- Functional with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to use web-based platforms to organize and conduct recruitment efforts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a highly functional team
- Positively passionate about technology and innovation
- Regular attendance is a requirement

10a-7p, preferred, we also welcome candidates in PST and MST
