The ideal candidate must be compassionate, a good listener, open to communication, and able to assist with full personal and supportive cares. This position is in a home environment in the West De Pere area while building a 1:1 with a female member.

We are looking for a friendly individual available Monday through Friday during lunch hours to assist a member in her home with care and feeding. The ideal timeframe includes daily 11 am - 1:30 pm (additional hours are available).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• utilizing sit-to-stand (ex: wheelchair to the toilet)
• bathing (1x/a week)
• toileting, dressing, and grooming
• easy meal prep & feeding
• light housekeeping (no laundry, snow removal, or deep cleaning is required!)

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays 11 am – 2:15 pm Wednesdays 11 am – 1:30 pm
Weekends will be discussed and agreed upon between you and the member.

NO holidays!

Bi-Weekly paychecks!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· Must pass a criminal background screening

· 6+ months of personal caregiving experience but willing to train the right candidate

· Maintain a perky and friendly attitude

· Be cat friendly

Community Horizons LLC. offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how to receive them.

Please note the female member makes all employment decisions as a fiscal agent manages all aspects of payroll.
