Position Details

• Provides each resident with routine daily nursing care, including administering medications and performing treatments and procedures, and other desired services, in accordance with the resident's assessment, choices and care plan.
• Works closely with the RN Clinical Coordinator and the interdisciplinary team to manage the day-to-day functions.

What You Offer

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Minnesota.
• Be proficient in the use of electronic medical records systems.
• Committed to resident centered care.
• Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing, maintain positive working relationships with patients and their families, peers, and other health care professionals.
• Ability to pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
