• GWW (guaranteed work week): 36
• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Target Start Date: ASAP

• Credentials Required (Refer to job profile): BLS
• 1 Year of Epic Experience (Required or Preferred): Preferred
• Experience required: 2 years of Nursing home/LTC or Home Health preferred

Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: CVA, Dementia, RA, Afib, Hip fx, Parkinsons, BKA, PNA, COPD, BKA, Hunntington's dx,

Nurse Patient Ratio: 8:1 days; 13:1 nights

26 weeks contract an option if traveler is interested
