COMPENSATION: Pay per visit ranging from $60.00 to $120.00 (Dependent on the type of visit)

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Illinois license as a Registered Nurse
• At least (1) year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in rehabilitation or medical-surgical nursing.
• Home Health Experience
• Current CPR certification
• Insured automobile and valid driver license
• Ability to make visits and provide skilled nursing assessments and skilled care in the home

Description:

The skilled nurse has clinical nursing knowledge, physical assessment, teaching and procedural skills. He/she has the ability to be directly responsible for assessing, planning, providing and documenting nursing care for a designated group of patients in accordance with the physician's plan of care and agency's policies and procedures.

Seeking candidates for ASTRA HEALTH- in the following areas:

Chicago, South Chicago and suburbs, Downtown Chicago, South loop chicago, Addison, Elmhurst, Lombard, Bolingbrook, Hinsdale, Maywood, Melrose Park, Joliet, Despoaines, Palatine, Highland Park and surround areas

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $65.00 - $120.00 per hour
