WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
ABA Every Day is seeking an energetic, caring, and creative professional to fulfill the role of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As the experienced RBT, this individual exhibits flexibility, adaptability, and demonstrates a wide skill set that allows them to perform a variety of job duties.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide direct client ABA services for early-intervention children in 1:1 and group settings.
Support company culture goals.
Follow treatment plan protocols and record data as written and designed by a BCBA.
Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
Perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
Assist with caregiver skills training
Follow organizational policies and procedures and abide by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ethics Code.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
18 years or older
High School Diploma
Proof of employment eligibility
Valid driver’s license, proof of valid car insurance, and reliable transportation
Active RBT credential with 1 year experience (required)
Experience working with children with exceptionalities (preferred, not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
