Job Description:
1、Achieve/exceed sales targets.
2、Lead the strategic direction for the overall region. Manage the sales team or individually work in the starting stage to drive sales strategies to meet plans and expand the business. Ensure the team maintains a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives and promote continuous territory growth.
3、Use available resources to meet customer needs and work effectively with a cross-functional team of suppliers and internal resources.
4、Perform sales calls and vendor relations with all customers and potential customers in the assigned territory.
5、Research competitor and industry activity and keep informed of new products/services and other general information of interest to customers incorporating this data in the business plan; Introduce new products and services.
6、Show initiative to develop programs to drive growth in any economic condition.
7、Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files for proper region management.
8、Positively represent Chanshow USA at all times throughout customer locations.
9、Attend trade shows and explore business opportunities actively, can show company product attributes and advantages proficiently.
10、Handle customer complaints and address them with appropriate internal and external communication.
11、Manage subordinates and support them in accomplishing sales targets.
12、Own responsible area may change per company business and organizational needs, can accept the change and quickly adapt.
13、Other tasks assigned by supervisor and company.
Requirements:
1、A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Science or Business, along with 5 years of relevant, industry-specific experience, preferably in the life sciences or IVD equivalent work is preferred.
2、Approximately 80% of the time on travel (mainly in your area and throughout the U.S.).
3、Cultivating, leveraging, and developing long-term customer relationships, including “C” level and Senior V.P. level relationships, coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs. Maintain strategic focus on lifecycle cost for Chanshow products. Collaborate with the Chanshow team to provide seamless customer service.
4、Possess strong listening and interpersonal skills and practical oral and written presentation communication skills;
5、Be business plan-focused, effectively persistent, persuasive, and appropriately flexible and resilient to respond to changing business and customer needs.
6、A greater understanding of the competitive landscape in their customer base.
7、Able to “think on your feet,” be well organized, and be results-driven;
8、Have a solid market and account development background, creating and implementing successful business strategies that drive market and sales growth.
9、Possess solid analytical capabilities to assess and understand the profitability of customer relationships to partner and negotiate effectively
10、Be able to effectively partner with internal functions to ‘quarterback’ customer needs

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
