Area Sales Manager - Flooring
The Purpose of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Flooring:
The new Area Sales Manager in the East Anglia and North London region will be tasked with selling flooring consumables such as screeds, smoothing compounds, adhesives and damp proof membranes to flooring contractors; you will then backsell via specialist flooring distributors, managing existing accounts. With daily visits, trade days and product demonstrations being part of your remit, you will be looking to develop new business within existing flooring contractor customers.

For the position of Area Sales Manager - Flooring, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Field sales track record
- You will have sold technical products within the construction industry, ideally to contractors
- Strong territory management skills are needed
- You will be enthusiastic with strong relationship building skills and the ability to deal at all levels
- Driving licence
Benefits of this Area Sales Manager - Flooring role:
- £35,000 - £40,000 plus 20% bonus
