Looking for an excellent new sales role? Look no further! We are looking for sales-driven candidates for a leading International Freight Forwarder, NVOCC, and Supply Chain Services provider, with a 25-year history in the logistics industry, are seeking a Regional Account Executive who will support business development across our 17-state - East Coast Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Must develop new business and work on the retention of existing customer base.
- Prepare quotations and professional proposals for clients covering a full suite of logistics services.
- Identify business opportunities that generate revenue growth in both new and existing accounts.
- Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receives updates from clients on challenges and future plans.
- Oversee the development and reporting of competitive market analysis across the Region.
- Attend and network within industry groups, trade shows and other similar events in an effective manner across the Region.
- Maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge of all products and services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have sales experience in the Freight Forwarding industry with a proven track record.
- Must have knowledge of Import and Export operations.
- Must exemplify leadership qualities.
- Must possess strong organizational & time management skills.
- Must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects and work in a fast pace environment.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to make formal presentations on a professional level to key executives and groups of industry experts.
- Must possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Must be willing to travel, as travel will be required both intrastate as well as interstate throughout the 17 state Region.
- Must have a valid driver license, a dependable automobile and acceptable motor vehicle record.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
