TECA, Inc. is looking for a Cosmetology Educator for our Regional Office. Our Educators are dedicated professionals who create, prepare, and present technical and non-technical training classes throughout the Region.

Essential Job Functions:
- Determine training objectives for individual stylist and salons
- Review, update, and create training programs and new class material
- Troubleshoot individual stylists abilities and salon workflow problems
- Provide one-on-one stylist courses
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible full-time schedule and travel as needed, including overnights
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work behind a stylist chair
- Adequate vision and hearing abilities to perform stylist performance reviews
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current cosmetology State License
- 4 years of relevant work experience in Education
- Strong technical skills in all areas of cosmetology
